Emitting positive energy and merriment the band took their live stage performances to North America and Europe. Gaelic Storm the debut entered international music scene with top ranks on World Music Charts. Many other festivals were sold out as they had Gaelic Storm on the line-up. Celtic-Fest Chicago, Dublin Ohio Irish Festival, Pittsburgh Irish Festival, and Festival Interceltique catered to the largest Celtic fan following of Gaelic Storm. The initial touring and parallel studio recordings brought Herding Cats and then Tree. Both of them were two years apart, yet they stayed on top charts and sold fairly well, giving Gaelic Storm an affective commercial appeal. Speicial Reserve the band’s fourth album again went to Billboard World Music Charts and became a number two holder. The fifth album and its promotional tour became the band’s best selling live performance.
 
The band’s success came through constant evolution and change in their musical offerings. Every time they came out with an album, it was lined with strong essences of cross-cultural influences and experimentation with traditional folk music and Irish entertainment art forms.
