Kevin Hart is one of the comedians who know his business well. Born on July 3, 1979 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, the 31 year old actor won the hearts of his local people by participating and wining in several amateur comedy contests. This paved his way for Hollywood and he left his former job of a shoe sales man and started a new as a comedian & actor. He was already a gifted comedian and then there was nothing that could stop him or his success. During his pursue for a charismatic career he tied knots with Torrei Hart in the year 2003. God blessed them with a daughter in the year 2005whom they named Heaven Leigh, which can be pronounced as Heavenly, owing to fact that they took their daughter as God’s precious angle. In 2007 Heaven Leigh was accompanied by a brother Hendrix Hart, who at the age of three appeared in a video.

In 2003 he played the role of CJ in Scary Movie 3 and the same year he played the roles of P-Diddy, Cop 1, Dance Coach, Hyper Rapper and H. Lector, all in a one movie; Death of a Dynasty. In 2004 he played Vic in Along Came Polly and Nashawn in Soul Plane. In 2005; the year his daughter was born, he played Smart Tech Customer in The 40 Year Old Virgin. In 2006 again he starred in Scary Movie 4 as CJ. In 2007 he played the role of Silas in another comedy, Epic Movie. In 2008 he gave 5 movies; Fool’s Gold in which he played the part of Bigg Bunny, Superhero Movie in which he came through as Trey, Extreme Movie where he played Barry, Meet Dave in which he was seen as Number 17 and Drillbit Taylor in which he played the role of Pawn Shop Dealer. In 2009 he played the roles of Dro Grizzle, Tree and Zezelryck (the sorcerer) in Party Down, Not Easily Broken and Kröd Mändoon and the Flaming Sword of Fire respectively. In 2010 he played the role of Brian in Death at a Funeral, JoJo in Something Like a Business and a small yet interesting role of Nurse Louis in Robert DeNerio and Ben Stiller starrer Little Fockers. In 2011 we will see him as Cleavon in 35and Ticking, as Kris Styles in Let Go and as TBA in The Precious One.

Apart from the movies he also appeared in a TV sitcom show; The Big House which he executive-produced and wrote himself as a revival of memory of his family life in Philadelphia. In 2005 Hart won a Platinum Mic Viewers Choice Award at BET Comedy Awards. In 2001 he gave a guest appearance in a role of a religious student in the TV show Undeclared. Recently he participated in the “Joy to the World Fest” shown in the Tower Theatre in Philadelphia to benefit the Joy to the World Foundation working for the homeless and hunger stricken youth. No matter where Kevin’s career has taken him but his heart still beats for Philadelphia as he said “I would just like to let my fans and peers in Philadelphia know that I breathe Philadelphia. I am the City of Brotherly Love, and that will never be forgotten.
