Similarly for National League Jim Leyland managed Florida in1998, Bruce Bochy managed San Diego in 1999, Bobby Cox managed Atlanta from 1992–93, 1996–97 and 2000, Bobby Valentine managed N.Y. Till 2009 the teams of All-Star Game comprised of 32 players, though later an additional player was added in team as an extra pitcher. The team assortment of the players is based on the number of selections; first step is the fan voting, second step is player voting in collaboration with the managers and coaches, third is the manager selection in which the managers consult with other managers and the Commissioner’s Office, the fourth step is the final vote and in the last if there are some injuries or the participation decline replacement occurs.
