Phantom The Las Vegas Spectacular Tickets
The Phantom of the Opera is without any doubt, the most popular Broadway show in the history of entertainment. It is the perfect example of a master at work; in this case, it is known other than Andrew Lloyd Webber who has once again proved his worth in entertainment industry.
The show is based on the Le Fantome de l'Opera, a French novel by Gaston Leroux. Since the Broadway and West End audience met Phantom of the Opera with open arms, it seemed as the show turns everything it touches in to gold. This thought elicited a series of experimentation with the original show and many a rehash, rip off and edited versions were produced but none quite as successful as the Phantom-The Las Vegas Spectacular.
Just like the original show, the story of the altered aka edited version revolves around a girl called Christine Daae and her obsession with an imaginary friend, who is known other than the most frequently appearing character in the bed time stories of her father called the Angel of Music aka The Phantom of the Opera. In one particularly favorite adventure of Christine, the main character of the girl is not only friends with this seemingly invisible being but she also hears him sing. After the death of her father, Christine starts living with an elderly lady. Eventually, she gets picked up as a chorus singer for Paris Opera House. The story sees its first twist in the form of a pleasant surprise that when Christine walks into the Opera House for the first sound, she hears a mysterious voice which sings to her. The question is, is it the Angel of Music aka The Phantom of the Opera?
Just like every other production of the same name, Phantom-The Las Vegas Spectacular is another successful altered version of the show which is claiming its share in the magnificent appreciation the show is collecting from all over the world. The show is an uninterrupted, intermission free 95 minite, edited version of the original show. It opened on 24th June 2006 and gathered considerable success. It was opened at The Cenetian Resort Hotel Casino located nowhere else but on the Las Vegas Strip. This production was directed by Harold Prince.
The best thing about the show is that although it is an edited version of the original production but it has kept almost all the song fully intact except 3 most popular but extremely ones which have only been shortened to fit in 95 minute time slot of the show. The choreography is new as is the choreographer which is Gillian Lynne and incredible scenic designs.
Life always gives you a second chance but we are giving you more than one chance to catch the show which changed Broadway forever. Grab Phantom-The Las Vegas Spectacular tickets as soon as you can to see a show that was written a hundred years ago and slowly evolved into a legend that is still pleasing many. Are you one them?
