The producer thus hires a Latin Lothario named Aldolpho to entice Janet into a romance resulting into an annulment of the marriage plans. On the other side Janet has apprehensions thus to Robert's loyalties to her she disguises as a French woman. This leads to a major series of misunderstandings including mistaken identities, dream sequences and spit takes heightening the dramatic effects of the situation.
