Pages have a young daughter with three suitors trying to win her heart. Her Mother Mistress Page desires to settle her down with a French physician Doctor Caius. On the other hand Mater Page wants his daughter to opt for Master Slender. The daughter Mistress Anne Page has her eyes set on Mater Fenton but her parents disapprove of him as he has squandered all his fortunes.
