Realms such as the "Underworld" and "Afterlife" have been conjured to come to terms for the abode of the essence or spirit of the deceased person. Entities such as Seth and Hades were designated in the Egyptian and Greek mythologies respectively for ruling over the domain of the dead. However, the question of establishing some sort of communication with the dead by transcending the five sense reality has always been a pressing concern.
